Sally will help you choose a room for your minimum stay of two nights. Additional nights' stay can be purchased at a 10% discount
You'll need a credit card for your deposit of half of the package: $939.03, plus 50% of the cost of your stay in the suite you selected. (The balance of the package cost, plus the remaining cost of your stay, is due sixty days before the wedding. Thirty days before the wedding, the amount for guests will be charged, as well the cost of any extras you may have ordered.)
After you have booked, you'll only need to make three decisions:
- Choose from among our officiants
- Color of flowers
- Flavor of cake

When an elopement package is booked, we ask for a deposit of half the cost of the wedding package ($939.03 including tax), and half the cost of your stay in the suite you selected.
The balance is due 60 days before the wedding, which includes the remaining 50% balance of your wedding package ($939.03 including tax), and the remaining half of the cost of your stay in the suite you selected.
If you have chosen to have guests at your wedding, the charge of $10 per guest is due 30 days prior to the wedding date, plus the price of any extras you may have selected. You may change the number of guests until one week before the wedding -- that lets us order a cake that is just the right size. If necessary, we will adjust the guest charge upon check-in.
Payments may be made by Western Union, certified bank check, debit card, credit card or cash. No personal checks, please. Blue Skies Inn accepts Visa, Master Card and Discover. |

Effective Date
- Our wedding cancellation policy is immediately effective upon receipt of any payment for your booking, whether by credit card, check or cash.
Cancellation Fee
- From the time that you have booked and up to 90 days before the scheduled wedding, a $750 cancellation fee will be in effect.
- If cancellation is received between 90 and 60 days before the wedding, the entire deposit is non-refundable.
- The Balance of the wedding package is due 60 days before the wedding. If cancellation is received after that point, the entire amount is non-refundable.
Guest Fees
- The fee of $10 per guest plus tax is due 30 days before the wedding. If notice of cancellation is received after that time, guest fees are also non-refundable.
Rescheduled Weddings
- The innkeepers reserve the exclusive right to decide whether a wedding may be rescheduled. Unforseen, required and documented military service is always a sufficient circumstance for rescheduling.
- Rescheduled then cancelled: Rescheduling a wedding does not reset the time limits set above. If a rescheduled wedding is subsequently cancelled, there will be no refund of any amount.
We regret that this policy is necessary in order that we may fully market the limited number of wedding dates that we are able to schedule at our small inn. During the time that we have reserved a date on our calendar for your wedding, we lose the opportunity to book it for another couple.

Smoking
All of the suites at Blue Skies Inn are NO SMOKING suites. We regret that we have found it necessary to impose substantial financial penalties for violation of this policy. Smoking on the B&B property is permitted only on designated outdoor covered porches.
Pets
Sorry, Blue Skies Inn has no facilities that can accommodate your pets, nor do we allow pets to stay in guests' vehicles.
There are no resident pets at Blue Skies Inn. We have made a special effort to create an allergen-free environment so that those with allergies can stay with us.

Check-In / Check-Out
Please schedule your arrival between 2-7 PM. If you must come later in the day, we will make special arrangements for your arrival. Our check-out time is 11 AM.

Security Deposit / Damage
All reservations will require a credit card number, even if payment is made by other means. The person whose credit card is used for the booking will be responsible for damage to the inn. A minimum charge of $500 will be assessed for smoking, incense, candles or pets in the suite.

Use of Facilities / Visitors
- Only registered guests may use the bridal suite at the inn. Wedding guests may use the suite designated as the powder room. Wedding guests are expected to arrive dressed for the ceremony as there are no facilities for their use for changing at the inn. .
- Rooms may not be sublet, nor assigned.
- Pregnant guests or those with heart conditions are cautioned not to use the hot tub.
All hot tub use is at the guests' risk.
